Kyle Kuczynski Student
Kyle Kuczynski was first employed by Roots Gadhia during the summer of 2011 when he was 18 years of age and has remained a member in the office ever since. Originally tasked to perform purely clerical work, Kyle's responsibilities have blossomed, where he regularly attends Court, reviews disclosure, conducts research and prepares legal factums and memorandums on issues in criminal law and legislation.
Kyle has been involved directly with assisting clients charged with first degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, armed robbery, drugs and firearm offences and many other criminal offences. Kyle is also responsible for Record Suspension Applications, fingerprint and DNA removal, organizing bail plans, and represents clients on provincial offences.
Kyle completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in June 2014, where he studied political science and history, and is currently studying law at the University of Kent.
